Most people have been burned by a web project that went quiet for three weeks and came back wrong. Here is the whole process, start to finish, so there are no surprises in the middle of it.
A conversation, not a sales pitch. We want to understand what your business actually does, who you are trying to reach, and what is going wrong with your current site, if you have one at all.
By the end of it you get a straight answer on what the project involves, roughly how long it takes, and what it costs. If it is not a fit, we will tell you that too.
You get a real layout, built with your business name, your words, and your photos in it. Not a generic template with placeholder text that leaves you guessing what it will look like.
You mark up whatever you want changed and we revise it. This is the stage where changes are cheap and fast, so we would rather you be picky here than quiet.
The approved design becomes a working website. Every page gets checked on phones, tablets, and desktops, because more than half the people finding you will be on a phone in a parking lot.
Behind the scenes we handle the technical side: page speed, search basics, contact forms that actually deliver, and your business showing up correctly in local listings.
We connect your domain, launch the site, and confirm everything works in the real world. Forms get tested, links get clicked, and the site gets submitted so search engines pick it up.
From there it is your choice. Take the keys and run it yourself, or put it on a care plan and send us a message whenever something needs to change.
It is closer to a storefront. Leave it alone for two years and it starts telling customers you might be out of business. Care plans exist so that never happens to you.
New prices, new hours, a staff change, a seasonal promotion. Email what you need and it goes up, without a quote and a two-week wait for a ten-minute edit.
Hosting, backups, security updates, and uptime monitoring run in the background. You should never have to think about any of it, and with a plan you do not.
Added a service, opened a second location, finally got good photos taken. Small design work is part of the plan rather than a separate project every time.
Because a price list would either be wrong or useless. A four-page site for a landscaper, an online menu for a restaurant, and a booking system for a salon are three different amounts of work, and pretending otherwise means somebody gets overcharged.
So we quote per project, after we understand what yours involves. You get one number, what it covers, and no line items that appear later. If a care plan makes sense for you, that gets quoted the same way.
Get your numberThe first step is a conversation. Tell us about your business and we will tell you honestly whether we can help and what it would take.
